Senior Service Engineer

You will be working as Senior Service Engineer and will be part of the Motion business area for the Service Division.
In this role you will be reporting to the Local Service Manager and will be responsible to execute medium to high complex service work according to work instructions and in accordance with standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technical Diploma or Bachelor Degree, in the electrical engineering field
• 8-12 years plus technical experience in Field Service and workshop repairs, service & support and or project execution in Industry.
• Excellent Fundamental knowledge of Drives and Motors.
• Knowledge on products/systems, service solutions in Drives and Motors.
• Knowledge on health and safety operating procedures.
• Customer focused attitude, able to communicate and coordinate effectively, able to be flexible and work in a team environment. Should think and act systemically
• Uphold Brand reputation and ability to handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Onsite/application problem solving abilities and solution approach mindset.
