WHAT’S YOUR JOB?

Together with your colleague Service Managers you will further improve and professionalize our IT service delivery for all mainframe and MES users.
You will be managing and improving the service provisioning and quality within multiple vendor contracts aiming to keep all our users satisfied and our estate secure and safe. You will join a team, contributing to achieving a high level of customer satisfaction and security.

  • Work in the Applications Maintenance and Support Team, as part of the TSN IT Operations department.
  • Work in a team of Application and Infra Service Managers, within ITOPS.
  • You will manage and evaluate external vendors on providing the contracted services according to processes, policies, security and quality guidelines
  • You will set priorities, challenge provided solutions, secure quality standards and drive continuous improvement for the provided services.
  • Ensure all KPIs are met for all services being provided by our external vendors.
  • Lead transformation initiatives to transform the complex mainframe landscape as much as possible.
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure better services and project deliveries

You are curious, punctual, social and well organised and you want to join a service minded team of professionals. You are an experienced Service Manager having worked in a complex international organisation managing multiple vendors and internal stakeholders. Furthermore you have:

  • A Bachelor degree, preferably in IT or Business Administration
  • Sound experience in managing SLAs or Vendors
  • Knowledge of or interest in ITIL processes
  • The ability to speak and write at least basic Dutch, fluency in English is require
