As a Service Technician you will be a key member of the Crosscom Technical Services team and be hands on with clients across industry sectors, understanding their needs and requirements therefore setting them up for success. You will work around servicing, maintenance on both new and existing clients, being an SME on the Crosscom technology and be best positioned to consult on the utilisation, optimisation making productive recommendations and assisting the business development goals CSE Crosscom.
