JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Service Technician/Supervisor to oversee and manage our technical service team while also servicing and maintaining cleaning equipment for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in servicing industrial cleaning machinery, troubleshooting skills, and leadership experience to drive team success to ensure quality standards are maintained.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Proven experience as a service technician, preferably in the cleaning equipment industry.
· Previous experience leading a team or managing staff.
· Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
· Ability to work independently while also motivating and managing a team.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Valid driver’s licence.

· Lead, and supervise a team of service technicians, ensuring high performance and accountability.
· Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers, vacuums, pressure washers, and other industrial cleaning machines.
· Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
· Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment usage and best practices.
· Manage service schedules and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
· Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools required for servicing equipment.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing duties.
· Drive efficiency and innovation within the service department.
