Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Architect to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions across our enterprise. This role requires deep technical expertise in ServiceNow, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom application development. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the platform aligns with business needs and industry best practices.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) required; ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, etc.).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.).
  • Knowledge of ITIL, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication, and stakeholder management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and security best practices.
  • Experience with AI/ML capabilities in ServiceNow.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $142,823.00 - $190,000.00 per year
