For an european software company with a broad expertise in all areas of IT – from classic software development and IT consulting to AI applications and IT security, we are looking for an experienced (Senior) ServiceNow Platform Engineer (f/m/d)

Tasks:

• You will implement, improve and document complex program solutions and extensions for external customers,
• You will lead the deployment and development of solutions in the provision of ServiceNow as a platform,
• You will support IT experts with IT concepts based on customer requirements,
• You will carry out independent research on current specialist topics or new technologies and contribute creative ideas,
• You will accompany and implement new solutions and projects from conception through all phases of the project lifecycle and are significantly involved in the strategic decision-making process

Skills/Requirements:

• You bring a degree in IT or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
• You have experience in the development of applications and scripts and are familiar with Python and Ruby and feel at home on Linux servers
• You are particularly familiar with several of the following topics MariaDB, APM, CSM, versioning, test automation, CI CD, documentation
• You round out your profile with experience in security best practices.
• You embrace the agile way of working (SCRUM, Kanban).
• You provide alternative ideas for ways the company operates, analyze, and observe the market in search of products and solutions that will move us forward.
