We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer to join our dynamic team at ChangeIs. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience in developing and customizing SharePoint solutions. As a SharePoint Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SharePoint environments to meet our business needs and improve collaboration and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Development & Customization: Design, develop, and customize SharePoint sites, including creating and modifying web parts, site columns, content types, and workflows.
• Integration: Integrate SharePoint with other systems using REST APIs, Power Automate, and other data integration techniques.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SharePoint issues to ensure high performance and availability of SharePoint environments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, end-users, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective SharePoint solutions.
• Documentation & Training: Create and maintain documentation for SharePoint solutions and conduct user training to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
• Migration: Assist in migrating content from legacy systems to SharePoint environments, ensuring a smooth transition and data integrity.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer, with a proven track record of successful SharePoint implementations.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016/2019, and SharePoint 2013
• Strong knowledge of C#, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and jQuery
• Experience with SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
• Familiarity with SQL Server and SharePoint SQL Database
• Development Tools: Hands-on experience with SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, and other relevant development tools.
• Workflows: Experience with SharePoint Designer Workflows and Power Automate.
• Integration: Proven ability to integrate SharePoint with external systems and Office 365.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve SharePoint-related issues.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
