Responsibilities:

MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB

The Main St. Helier Haemodialysis unit has 28 dialysis stations and is managed by the Renal Unit at St Helier Hospital.
We also accept acutely unwell patients from Croydon, Kingston, and East Surrey Hospital.
We admit satellite established dialysis patients who are either on admission or require enhanced dialysis care, and as such we have developed effective cross-team partnerships
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic candidate with excellent dialysis and leadership experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for patient flow management, KPI’s, safe staffing, and staff education to ensure a high standard of care is delivered to patients.
With the support of the Clinical Matron and Lead Clinicians, he/ she will need to provide holistic care to renal dialysis patients and comply with
specific infection and dialysis guidelines.
The post holder must have excellent interpersonal skills and have the capacity to work autonomously as a clinical expert. He/she will need to be
an effective leader and have renal nursing experience
