Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with stakeholders
· Develop programmes of work produced by the Preconstruction Manager
· Serve as the primary point of contact for the client team
· Collaborate with the design and manufacturing team
· Coordinate the on-site assembly of modular units
· Conduct or oversee inspections during the on-site assembly
· In collaboration with the Design Manager and external consultants, ensure that the project complies with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
· Identify potential risks associated with the project, including production delays, transportation issues, and on-site challenges and develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
· Plan resources effectively
· Monitor project progress against the project plan
· Provide regular project updates to stakeholders
· Participate in contract negotiations with suppliers, subcontractors, and other
· Ensure that all parties adhere to the terms of the contract
