ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our client is a global IPP in renewable energy sector, specialising in large-scale Solar PV projects across Europe. The company have a pipeline of 3GW across Europe in the coming years.
They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their dynamic team, working on cutting-edge solar power projects across Germany.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
- Manage communication with clients, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Oversee procurement processes, ensuring components are delivered on time and within budget.
- Supervise subcontractor tendering and performance, ensuring their work meets quality standards and final acceptance.
- Collaborate with energy providers to guarantee successful project commissioning.
- Manage all on-site HSE, quality control, budgeting, and construction activities.
