Unibail - Rodamco -Westfield (URW) a global developer and operator, is seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic Marketing department as the Senior Social Media Executive. This role presents an exciting opportunity to take on a crucial responsibility for the ownership of all social channels and to create content for the Westfield London website, social and email channels, to promote Westfield London as an iconic destination and drive visitation. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the content you create is in line with our brand, KPIs are met, and executed to a high standard. This role is essential in making sure the digital team deliver consistent excellence across the channels
WHAT SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND KNOWLEDGE WILL YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?
- Significant experience in managing social channels and management experience, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Extensive knowledge of a variety of current social media platforms.
- A deep understanding of how social media channels connect to organisational missions and purpose.
- Experience managing influencer strategies and working with creators within campaigns.
- Creative, and highly organised with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience publishing content in a CMS and to social media channels.
- Previous digital marketing experience in the retail, lifestyle, or fashion industries is desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Social Media Strategy : Develop and execute the social media strategy, ensuring alignment with all marketing teams across the Group and the social media agency.
- Content Creation and Distribution : Plan, create, and distribute relevant content across all social media channels to maximise engagement and deliver key messages.
- Manage Social Media Agency : Oversee the social media agency’s work on strategy, content, community management, analysis, and reporting.
- Crisis Management : Handle social media and communications crises promptly to minimise reputational damage, including coordinating with external agencies as needed.
- Budget and Tools Management : Allocate budget for paid promotions, procure necessary social media tools, and manage the annual social media budget effectively.
