REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent English proficiency is essential
  • Proven experience of 8+ years in social media management and community building, ideally within the crypto industry
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams globally.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and emerging trends
  • Ability to foster closer engagement between our social media presence and the community, with a native understanding of crypto culture
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, excelling in prioritization and achieving results within tight deadlines
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset, passionate about innovating in social media and community engagement
  • Remote and startup experience is advantageous

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and oversee quarterly team and individual KPIs/OKRs to drive performance aligned with business objectives
  • Develop and refine content strategies for major global social media channels, including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Collaborate with agencies and partners to identify opportunities for expanding partnerships and leveraging influencers to elevate BingX’s social media presence.
  • Plan and manage bi-annual budgets for social media channels, ensuring efficient resource allocation
  • Contribute to integrated marketing campaigns and product launches, executing large-scale community activation campaigns
  • Work closely with design, content, performance marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams
  • Support executive visibility through strategic social media output and contribute to crisis management and communication strategies in collaboration with the PR and communications team
  • Project manage multiple social media distribution requests, align expectations, and prioritize the social calendar
  • Measure, report, and analyze campaign performance across channels, translating findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations through regular progress reports
