ABOUT YOU:

You will take full ownership of our social presence with input from our founder. The right candidate for this role needs to have a creative eye for feed content, be constantly evolving our content strategy in line with platform algorithms and ensure we are pushing boundaries, leading in the latest innovation and trends.

  • Expert knowledge of all social platforms – reporting, algorithms and best practice for both paid and organic activity – wider marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience in capturing content and production of a social media plan/calendar.
  • Luxury travel or hospitality experience, experience in staging interior design and strong knowledge of beauty.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Highly creative with an eye for innovation and new ideas.
  • A can do, positive and adaptive attitude.

ABOUT THE ROLE

DKollection is a rapidly growing lifestyle brand specialising in design, spaces, holiday villas, and spas. We are on the lookout for a dynamic Social Media Manager to help us elevate our brand and support our commercial objectives.

In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to manage and grow our presence across all DKollection social channels, as well as our CEO & Founder’s personal social media accounts. With her unique influence and diverse portfolio of brands, you’ll play a crucial role in driving engagement and expanding our reach.

  • Develop and Execute Social Strategy: Lead social media strategies for DKollection on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with Founder: Partner with the founder to enhance her social media presence by curating content, managing responses, and driving engagement.
  • Increase Engagement and Conversion: Rapidly boost presence, followers, engagement, and conversion rates across all platforms.
  • Define Objectives and KPIs: Establish clear communication goals, content strategies, and KPIs for each social channel.
  • Drive Revenue: Implement revenue-generating activities through social channels, including affiliate links and partnerships.
  • Create and Execute Content Plans: Develop content plans for each DKollection property and spa, linking them to targeted occupancy goals.
  • Collaborate with Creative Team: Work with the in-house creative team to produce content that aligns with the approved strategy.
  • Innovate on Social Platforms: Explore and implement new features and platforms to drive innovation in social media.
