Triaging of referrals in to the AMHP service and making decisions in line with s.13(1) of the MHA. Processing referrals in line with agreed processes and recording decisions on electronic care records. Prioritising referrals on a daily basis and allocating work to AMHP’s on duty. Provision of support and guidance to AMHP’s on duty at the Hub.
Communicating and liaising with other services within GMMH and external agencies regarding referrals made and assessments which are required.
