ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join our team, providing specialist support to consumers and their carers. This role focuses on delivering optimal health outcomes aligned with South Western Sydney Local Health District (SWSLHD) policies, procedures, standards, relevant legislation, and the NSW Health Code of Conduct.
