Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an amazing opportunity to experience all facets of Social Work, as part of a supportive and established multidisciplinary health care team. You will also work independently as a practitioner in the provision of the clinical service to provide high quality care, coordinating support for patients while they’re in the care of our Health Service.
Previous experience in telehealth service delivery would be advantageous in this role.
You will actively participate in clinical supervision to Level 1 Staff, Allied Health Assistants and undergraduate students on clinical placement in order to contribute to the high functioning of the team.
You’ll participate in performance development to develop professional skills, take part in quality improvement activities and workplace education to contribute to improved care for patients / clients and their families
You will develop and demonstrate cultural competence and a commitment to improve the health outcomes of Aboriginal people.
You will need to lead in an environment of constant change, improving the quality and efficiency of services, assisting in development of procedures and guidelines as required to promote standardised evidence-based practice.
