BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• 3+ years of experience with Quality Automation Tools (ex. Selenium, Cucumber, LoadRunner)
• 5+ years of experience with software development in Agile methodology
• 5+ years of experience working in a fast paced environment with strict deadlines

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience using Jenkins, GIT and XCODE
• Framework development from the ground up
• Test Driven Development
• Automation framework using keyword framework and POM
• ALM experience
• Salesforce or other CRM experience.
• Aviation software knowledge is a plus.
• Agile/SAFe certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills – ability to summarize or dive deep as required.

Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor’s) and typically 9 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master’s) and typically 7 or more years’ related work experience, or 13 years related work experience.

• Participate in feature maturation by identifying and vetting test cases
• Create, execute and maintain test cases
• Maintain/extend the automation framework
• Lead manual testing, as required
• Document defects, support triage and test defect fixes
• Support the planning of test cycles
• Mentor, coach and educate team members on QA best practices
