REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Java development.
• Proficiency in Java, Java EE, and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Good experience in MongoDB, Oracle/MySQL
• Well versed with OpenShift/Dockers/Kubernetes
• Strong experience in Java, Springboot, Microservices and Angular
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and experience with ORM frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle)

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define software requirements and specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Conduct unit testing and participate in system integration testing.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Java development and incorporate them into projects as applicable.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure adherence to security standards and practices in software development
