The Job
As part of the E&D Foundations - Draw development group, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our 2D module utilized by several AVEVA products such as – E3D Design, Engineering, Unified Engineering. You will work in a scrum team contributing to consistent delivery and modernization of our product’s extensive feature set.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement functional features as per Product Owner requests.
- Analyze, investigate and debug issues found both internally (by the team) and externally (by customers).
- Drive quality throughout our product by taking the initiative on automated testing, architectural refactoring, and communal best practices.
- Demonstrate sound decision making on individual and team workloads to ensure it is delivered in a timely manner.
Desired Experience
From most to least important:
- Confidence in one (or more) of the following languages: C++, Fortran, C#.
- Comfortable with source control systems (GIT) and automated build pipelines (Azure DevOps).
- Practices Agile and Scrum methodologies
