In this pivotal role, you will drive key projects in developing backend solutions, improve current back-end processes that shape our digital offerings, and innovate traditional recruitment practices. WHILE NO TWO DAYS ARE THE SAME, HERE’S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM THIS ROLE:

• Proficient knowledge of the Ruby on Rails framework.
• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby on Rails code.
• Lead and contribute to the development of robust architecture and user-centric functionality.
• Analyze data, processes, and code to diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
• Optimize backend code for performance and scalability.
• Performing UI tests to validate system functionality.
• Maintaining and Updating existing functionality.
• Build a scalable infrastructure to support new features and technologies.
• Keep an eye on the security of the website and user information.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development and apply them into operations and activities.
