About you: As a Senior C# Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing new features, and ensuring the overall performance and responsiveness of our applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SQL, experience working in an Agile Scrum environment, a proven track record of delivering successful projects, and the ability to coach and guide junior members of the team. Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze project requirements. 2. Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions using C#, React.js. 3. Utilize your expertise in SQL to optimize database queries and ensure efficient data retrieval. 4. Work in an Agile Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews. 5. Demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies and embrace change at pace. 6. Mentor, coach, and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture. 7. Apply SOLID principles to enhance code quality and maintainability. 8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve development processes. 9. Analyze existing code, find optimization and refactor to make code better. Qualifications: 1. Proven experience as a C# Developer with a focus on web application development. 2. Strong proficiency in React.js and Angular frameworks. 3. Solid understanding of relational database concepts and hands-on experience with SQL. (Microsoft SQL Server) 4. Experience working in an Agile Scrum development environment. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Strong communication and collaboration skills. 7. Ability to coach and guide junior members of the team. 8. Interact with stakeholders to intensify requirements for applications. Preferred Skills: 1. Familiarity with other front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., Angular.js). 2. Experience with cloud platforms such Azure. 3. Fast learner with an ability to adapt techniques based on requirements.
