Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SQL Server C# React JS SQL Azure JavaScript and .Net Framework. Additionally, domain expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance is mandatory.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using SQL Server C# React JS SQL Azure JavaScript and .Net Framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design and implement scalable and efficient software architectures that meet the needs of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Ensure software solutions are secure reliable and performant meeting the highest standards of quality.
- Implement automated testing and continuous integration practices to enhance software quality and delivery speed.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Demonstrate extensive experience with SQL Server C# React JS SQL Azure JavaScript and .Net Framework.
- Exhibit strong domain knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance with a deep understanding of industry-specific requirements.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate Certified Scrum Developer (CSD)
