• Partner with Xbox engineering and Windows Engineering to adapt Xbox engineering systems to changing technologies and business requirements
• Help plan and design the future of Xbox engineering systems to modernize and improve developer and organization efficiency and effectiveness and increase developer satisfaction with their interactions of the engineering systems
• Maintain the existing Xbox OS engineering systems to ensure that builds continue to release timely and successfully
• Support Xbox engineers to successfully and efficiently navigate the engineering systems that they use to do their work
• Help develop and implement tools which help increase the efficiency of our engineering organization.
