Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Senior Software Engineer will play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of Everblue’s core software products, EverForms and EverCert. This individual will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of complex features and functionalities, ensuring that both platforms meet high standards of performance, reliability, and security. The Senior Software Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX/UI design, and quality assurance, to deliver innovative solutions that align with Everblue’s strategic goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and Development: Lead the architecture, design, and development of new features and enhancements for EverForms and EverCert. Ensure the solutions are scalable, maintainable, and align with best practices and industry standards.
Code Quality: Write high-quality, well-documented, and efficient code. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure adherence to coding standards and practices.
Integration and Optimization: Integrate EverForms and EverCert with external systems and APIs, optimizing performance and ensuring seamless functionality across various environments.
Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and development. Lead technical discussions and drive the adoption of best practices and innovative technologies.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical issues and bugs. Troubleshoot and debug production issues to maintain system stability and performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Collaborate with QA engineers to develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies.
Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation for system architecture, APIs, and deployment processes. Ensure clear communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security protocols and compliance standards, ensuring that EverForms and EverCert adhere to relevant regulations and industry standards.
