Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product Management, Design, and other Engineering stakeholders to uphold a high quality standard in a fast-paced, iterative environment. Step into a product management role when needed to ensure that our solutions meet our high standards.
- Develop full stack features that address complex technical challenges, integrating both frontend and backend aspects to enhance user experience and system reliability.
- Engage in all phases of project lifecycle, from planning to deployment, including code reviews and performance optimization.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and intermediate engineers, helping them advance their skills and careers.
