Description:
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team and be part of evolving the Yoto core platform that powers the Yoto ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Working in a serverless environment to build scalable and extensible solutions - using the Serverless Framework, AWS - Lambda, Gateway, DynamoDb, S3,IoT, and Mongo Atlas
- Coding across the full stack - Node.JS + TypeScript (predominantly) and React - in an automated test-first environment (writing high quality, clean, concise, understandable tests is very important to us)
- Working collaboratively and cross functionally with other roles (notably Product and Design) to design, implement and deliver solutions
- Managing the tech you are co-responsible for - addressing cost, inconsistency, and re-design + debt (domain, technical, operational
