You’ll be joining a growing team that currently includes 70+ people overall. This role is based in Berlin (). Most of our team is based in Berlin, Germany, but we also have awesome teammates in Switzerland , Spain , Portugal and other countries.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Senior Software Engineer Mobile, you will be responsible for development of a mobile app from concept to launch, focusing on building high-quality, efficient, and responsive code.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement features, optimizing app performance, and continuously integrating new technologies. Additionally, the role emphasizes mentoring peers and fostering a culture of code quality and continuous improvement through code reviews and best practices.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Responsibility to develop a new mobile app from scratch.
• Architect, develop and execute on our product vision.
• Build performant and high fidelity code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of application.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand and refine product requirements.
• Provide mentorship to your peers in the broader engineering team through code reviews and education on best practices.
• Ensure proper documentation (Pragmatic: As much as necessary, as little as possible).
