As a Senior Software Engineer, your focus will be on enhancing our Developer Experience and our Platform. We are an agile team that values customer-centricity and continuous learning. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting initiatives from concept to delivery, contributing to roadmaps and strategy.
- Promoting the use of application metrics and assisting other teams in seamlessly integrating these into their services.
- Collaborating with diverse teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement.
- Mentoring team members of varying experience levels in both technical and non-technical aspects of their roles.
- Staying updated with the latest technologies and suggesting innovative solutions to overcome challenges.
- Enhancing engineering practices and fostering growth within our team.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in writing and handling complex applications, ideally with Rust.
- Previous experience in building and maintaining CI pipelines and automated workflows.
- Familiarity with Agile software processes, data-driven development, and an openness to exploring new approaches.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to individuals without technical expertise.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to share knowledge with the team
