We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Software Engineer to join our Partner & Sales Enablement team in Malmö. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in Java development, a passion for leading technical initiatives, and a desire to mentor and guide junior engineers as we transition from a monolithic architecture to a modern, scalable solution.

• Participating indaily stand-up meetings to align the team on tasks and priorities.
• Collaborating with colleagues to solve problems and implement new features while mentoring junior developers and providing guidance on best practices.
• Taking ownership of high-impact projects, from conception through implementation, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct code reviews and provideconstructive feedback to help grow the skills of less experienced team members.
• Continuously engage in retrospectives to improve our processes and outcomes and ensure the team adheres to these practices.
• Actively contributing to the architectural evolution of our systems, making strategic decisions that will shape the future of our platform.
  About you
  We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development who are ready to take on a role in a complex technical environment. We’re looking for someone passionate about mentoring and empowering junior engineers and excited to lead technical projects that contribute to the entire team’s success.

Must-have technical competencies: -Advanced proficiency in Java, SQL, and RESTful services.
