ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Must have deep knowledge of the RHPAM & jBPM concepts.
• Should have a thorough understanding of process design components in RHPAM using Process Automation Manager.
• Should have hands on experience in java, spring boot, micro-services, JPA/Hibernate.
• Need to have extensive experience in defining and modeling BPMN 2.0 based business processes on RHPAM platform.
• Design/derive/propose custom solutions using the PAM internal structures (nodes, work items, custom work item handlers)
• Write java code/JavaScript/python script to evaluate different conditional gateways/custom script nodes in the processes.
• Should have good working knowledge in drools.
• Must have hands on experience in pl/SQL.
• Deployment experience in RHPAM servers
• Should have experience in CMS.
• Should be able to develop business process independently with client interaction.
• Should have a knowledge of creating and writing test cases.
• Customize deployment configurations as per the needs and deploy the solution (using JBOSS EAP, Business Central, Kie Server, Wildfly server)
• Balance multiple priorities and deliverables to maintain forward progress and ensure customer expectations are met.
• Demonstrate Flexible, adaptable, helpful approaches and help the team flourish in cross-cultural environment.
• Demonstrate Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bring-in Service improvement in the existing processes.
• Possess strong skills in planning, project management and attention to detail and has excellent problem solving and evaluative judgement skills.
• Communicate and co-ordinate people across geographies and among multiple teams to handle team across offshore and onshore.
• Manage multiple complex initiatives with competing deadlines and through various stages of development and approval.
• Excellent problem-solving and optimization skills - identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and report issues to the management team; demonstrate appropriate risk-taking and comfort with ambiguity.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in RHPAM.
• Good understanding of RHPAM and can-do consultancy as well.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
