Description:
SKILLS FOR SUCCESS:
- Minimum 5 year IT working experience, with at least 2 years in leading E2E solution and software development in complex IT projects involving multiple business stakeholders and vendors, preferably with Telco experience.
- Understand architectural standards, guidelines, policies and best practice for technology.
- Experienced in technical area: Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, Apache camel, .Net framework, React JS, Azure Devops & Database Query. Good to have: D365 (Field Service, Power Automate).
- Experience in Software delivery lifecycle and methodologies.
- Experience in project delivery and high-pressure environment.
- Telco domain knowledge will be an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with other internal/external departments, and personnel of various levels.
- A fast learner who is able to work independently with some guidance from the supervisors
- A good team player who enjoys challenges and working with business users to deliver desired outcome.
