$84,000.00 - $179,200.00

Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of business support, implementation, and/or performance improvement
- 4+ years’ experience building WalkMe solutions across enterprise level applications, training, and building self-sufficient WalkMe teams
- 4+ of experience in supporting the deployment of new technology
- 1+ year of experience with Agile methodology
- 1+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, jQuer

- Ability to creatively problem solve and simplify complex processes/issues

Responsibilities:
The Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) group provides technology solutions and support for Risk, Audit, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Legal, Public Affairs and Stakeholder Relations business lines. In addition, EFT provides unique technology solutions and innovation for Wells Fargo Technology, Enterprise Shared Services, and Enterprise Data Management. This combined portfolio of applications and tools are continually engineered to meet the challenges of stability, security, scalability, and speed.
Within EFT we are seeking a WalkMe Consultant (Senior Software Engineer) to use WalkMe technology to design and build on-screen support and workflows across a wide variety of organizational applications. This role will collaborate with stakeholders across functions, processes, services, and products to deliver efficient and creative solutions to meet business needs and boost employee self-service productivity and efficiency.
In this role, you will:
- Drive positive and measurable business outcomes across the lines of business you support, proving value/ROI in mid and end-of-year program reporting
- Analyze use cases and understand client needs/challenges; offer creative solutions using WalkMe’s suite of applications; size and scope efforts
- Partner with knowledge managers to define and align self-service content
- Consult with Subject Matter Experts and User Experience teams to understand user research/pain points, incorporate recommended design elements, address and remediate accessibility issues, etc.
- Configure and maintain WalkMe experiences; manage multiple, concurrent projects with overlapping timelines
- Perform testing and QA activities to ensure integrity of design and optimal employee experience
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate/collaborate with Wells Fargo’s WalkMe Center of Excellence team, as appropriate
- Analyze WalkMe data to identify trends and recommend adjustments
- Learn, document, and apply WalkMe best practices; seek opportunities for ongoing enhancements and scalable solutions
