This team works in a collaborative environment on military projects to develop the right solution for our customers and their mission. The team provides engineering services to include requirements definition and analysis, software design, development, integration, test, verification, validation, and certification of software products that are normally found in a modern avionics suite.
More specifically, we develop software applications for numerous military Rotary Wing (RW) and Fixed Wing (FW) programs. This team specializes in communications avionics systems for multiple fixed wing military platforms.
Our teams are organized around SAFe agile in the form of a multi-function/multi-program Agile Release Train (ART). Our software development process is based on DO-178, but often does not require full compliance to civil certification guidance. From a global trade perspective our applications are often classified as ITAR and therefore only U.S. Persons can apply.

  • Demonstrated systems and/or software engineering experience on complex avionics programs.
  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62

QUALIFICATIONS WE PREFER:

  • Familiar with standard systems and software development practices (V Model).
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with military and commercial systems/software certification (e.g. DO-178, ARP-4754A, DO-297, etc.).
