ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

Desirable skills:

Are you a Digital Engineer who has a passion for Manufacturing or are you an Engineer who has worked in Manufacturing who has a passion or interest in Digitalisation? We are looking for a talented individual to be at the forefront of our digital transformation journey as we head towards Industry 4.0. As a Senior Software Integration Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in modernising our technology landscape.
This dynamic position requires a blend of project coordination and hands-on technical expertise. You will be responsible for orchestrating multiple integration projects while providing crucial technical support and implementation know-how.
WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES LOOK LIKE?
- Digital Transformation – Lead and coordinate end-to-end software integration projects, ensuring seamless alignment with our digital transformation goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior members of the team, improving business processes, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Build and maintain critical relationships with the business, vendors, and customers.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the software integration process.
- Implement and oversee data migration and synchronization processes between various software systems.
