Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop trusted advisor relationship with clients by understanding their business challenges; design and present technology solutions to address them.
- Work with clients to determine, scope, and present services required to ensure their success.
- Provide leadership and technical strategy within the team for engaging with new and existing Power Systems customers.
- Lead and deliver billable services for IBM Power and IBM i. Partner with other Evolving Solutions technical team members to define skills and resources required for success.
- When appropriate, work with clients and Managed Services partners to help scope and propose appropriate solutions.
- Provide content as needed for marketing and sales collateral to help establish Evolving Solutions as a thought leader in IBM Power.
- Proactively understand new and changing capabilities, cloud offerings, etc. in the IBM Power roadmap and evaluate how these capabilities could impact our clients.
- Team with Account Executives to position appropriate offerings for clients.
- Earn and retain certifications as needed to support the IBM Power business.
- Achieve IBM Power goals and metrics.Knowledge of IBM i-attached storage is preferred, but not required.
