About the role
We’re seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join our dynamic Customer and Billing Platforms team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in designing solution architectures that support transformative initiatives for our CRM and Billing systems.
As the Senior Solution Architect, you’ll lead our Delivery Teams, translating business requirements into robust technology solutions. Collaborating with stakeholders, you’ll provide input to shape our technology solutions through the lens of our strategic pillars: Customer Advocacy, Platforms for the Future, Protect, and ‘How we do it’.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Provide guidance and expertise in solution architecture and engineering processes across the platform
• Collaborate with teams to standardise practices and enhance operational efficiency
• Ensure that solutions align with existing and emerging business and technology environments
• Follow the Enterprise Architecture roadmap to deliver effective solutions
• Uphold high quality standards for solutions delivered by Customer Platforms
• Address the diverse needs of delivery teams and operations within Customer Platforms
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution briefs, design specifications, and architectural diagrams
• Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and technical leadership within the team

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:

• Extensive experience in Solution Architecture
• Experienced technical leader with a growth mindset, strong business acumen, and exceptional leadership skills
• Proficient in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles
• Strong knowledge of Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps methodologies
• Hands-on experience with diverse solutions, including SaaS architecture (Salesforce, Mulesoft, billing platforms)
• Cloud technology expertise (AWS EC2, S3, DynamoDB, SQLRDS, Postgres)
• Familiarity with a wide range of tools, languages, and frameworks
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal abilities
• Previous experience working on large-scale, complex enterprise projects
• Tertiary qualified with a relevant Technology or Business-related degree qualification
