Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work independently, and to interface with internal Teams and external Partners and Customers to seamlessly collect, synthesize and share information.
  • Presales Consulting support for business development, demand generation and pipeline growth.
  • Presales Solution Value Realization (VSER) / Consultative Selling (Art of the Possible / AOP)
  • Focus on bookings- revenue growth (NNARR) and Cross sell / Upsell Solution engagements.
  • Presales Consulting across Contact Centre CX, DX and EX Transformation, AI Routing / Engagement and Workforce Management, Outcome driven performance improvement and business transformation.
  • “Trusted Advisor” for Customers leveraging industry knowledge best practices & proven Ops practices. (i.e. CX, Digital and Employee Experience Transformation methodologies)
  • Perform Discovery (CX Safari), Analysis and Map a Customer’s Compelling need for change and address Customer’s requirement with Genesys Solutions (purpose fit, outcome driven to deliver Business Results)
