Embark on an exciting journey as a (Senior) Solution Engineer (f/m/d)* at Parloa, where you’ll play a pivotal role in providing technical expertise to our valued customers. As a key member of our dedicated Solutions Engineering team, you’ll act as a bridge between engineering, customer success, and sales, contributing significantly to the triumph of the Parloa platform and customer projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with customers and their technical teams to co-create innovative technical solutions.
  • Offer expert consultation on diverse technical topics, including conversational AI, integrations, and voice bot logic.
  • Engineer cutting-edge serverless web services using TypeScript and leverage Microsoft Azure’s cloud systems to enhance our product.
  • Utilize your JavaScript skills to implement customized voice bot logic, supporting the customer success team and their clients.
  • Contribute to data analytics, providing clear insights and reports into customers’ voice bots using Python, SQL, Kibana, PowerBI.
  • Actively seek opportunities to enhance our product and contribute valuable insights to the product team.
