• Salary: Digital Office 18: $94,664 - $126,219 annually + performance-based incentive

POSITION & TEAM OVERVIEW

FinDev Canada is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to join the Digital office team who aspires to be a part of a dynamic team responsible for building the organization’s digital solutions. The senior solutions architect will play a crucial role in transforming business requirements into effective solutions, products, or services for FinDev Canada.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engage and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to develop and evolve the digital strategy, roadmap and technology target state in alignment with business objectives. As well as understand business needs and translate them into cross-domain architectural solution guidelines.
• Understand and apply business architecture and business capabilities to architecture designs.
• Become familiar with FinDev Canada’s technology landscape to provide actionable insights that guide decisions to build the technology target state.
• Guide a collaborative, cross-functional approach to framing full stack digital roadmap project execution.
• Communicate architectural strategies, roadmaps, and governance to business and IT stakeholders in all areas of the organization.

What We’re Looking For
