For our client we are looking for Senior Solution Architect.

ASSIGNMENT:

Looking for a senior solution architect with specialized competence within cloud development, proficient in test-driven development as well as DevOps. As a Solution Architect for test tools, responsible for designing and overseeing the architecture of the product. Will work closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the test tool is scalable, reliable, and meets the highest standards of quality. As there is a Cloud-first strategy, extensive knowledge of AWS is needed and the ability to work as a senior developer in the teams.
Since this is a changing organization and product, there are new areas and legacy systems, ways of working, and fragmented integrations where there can be parallel or conflicting solutions. The candidate must be able to manage stakeholders, be a change leader, and be prepared for challenging discussions and stakeholder management. As part of TRATON, collaborations with sister brands at MAN and Navistar are essential. Experience from software development in a true global setting is vital. Customers can be found in regions such as China where different regulations and laws need to be considered.

EDUCATION:

Master of Science, (other level of education is also acceptable if proven track record of work can match the education level), Scaled Agile Framework, SCRUM

Excerpt of example tasks that the candidate will perform: lead change within the technology, organisation and business, set up good practices and policies, provide advice regarding architecture to the teams on various levels, design our solutions for the future, be a sounding board for the different teams architects as well as the individual developers
Remote work: Wednesdays are today mandatory to be on site. Requirement to be able to be on site 3 days a week minimum. At crucial situations there must be a possibility to work 5 days on site. During our Program Increment Planning weeks (All weeks ending with a 6 meaning 6, 16, 26, 36 and 46) 100% availability is needed.
