Description:

As Senior Solutions Marketing Manager (Interim) at realworld one, you will play a key role in driving marketing efforts that clearly communicate our solutions value to target audiences within Life Sciences. This role emphasizes hands-on execution, content creation, and targeted marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and support business objectives. With a strong focus on understanding market dynamics and customer needs, you’ll develop impactful value propositions that directly support marketing initiatives and drive measurable results.

QUALIFICATIONS



    • Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

    • 5+ years of experience in solutions marketing, product marketing, or a related field.
    • Experience in the Life Sciences sector is a significant advantage, especially in Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences Instruments/Tools, and in operations or service operations.
    • Deep understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and hands-on experience with market research and customer insights.
    • Skilled in directing content creation efforts and managing multiple, concurrent marketing campaigns.
    • Hands-on personality with exceptional project management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical information into compelling messaging for target audiences.

    Responsibilities:



      • Refine and further develop core messaging and value propositions for our solutions, leveraging market research and customer insights to ensure alignment with customer needs and industry trends.

      • Independently coordinate and oversee content creation by managing internal teams and external contractors, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of all marketing assets.
      • Lead account-based marketing initiatives, including targeted digital campaigns that utilize customer-focused content to strengthen brand and solution value awareness.
      • Collaborate with customers to design and implement marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and support engagement.
      • Work with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with project timelines and campaign objectives, supporting high-quality execution and customer satisfaction.
