Job Description:
This role is responsible for providing strategic order management support on a regional or global basis for Platform Access Commercial deals.
The objective of this position is to provide specialist support linking with key PAC stakeholders including the PAC proposition team, regional PAC leads, SAM Account Teams, Legal teams and Project Managers / GBC’s. Their remit is to understand the details of the individual deals, analyzing the impacts, assessing the required activities to deliver the deal, create project plans and communicate these details to all account owning OMS touching the account globally.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all elements of the RAAS Checklist to review account details ahead of implementation.
- Establishes communication plan with all regional BAU OMS.
- Manage Global Bill for RA customers.
- Review account to assess the validity of the account hierarchy and identify pre-migration cleanse activities in relation to the existing installed base.
- Validate current contractual situation in regard to the RMA and associated Schedules.
- Create RA Commercial billing accounts.
- Manage I055/I110 to special price RA inclusive products to zero.
- Manage asset moves for RA inclusive products to new non-billing accounts.
- Create relevant quotes for new assets provided to the customer as part of the RA deal.
- Work with GBC / PM to create legacy to strategic product migration plan.
- Project manage migration plan with BAU OMS.
- Prepare RA billing according to customer allocations and validate billing globally through proformas, prior to release and subsequently release billing.
Scope and Impact:
- Owns the creation of the RA order form for presentation to the customer.
- Pro-actively supports the RA project team to identify potential issues with the account hierarchy.
- Ensures that once the Order Form is signed, all activities required to create a clean invoice for RA are carried out in a timely manner.
- Ensures all stakeholders involved in the onboarding of a RA deal are aware of the activities required to successfully process the deal.
- Co-ordinates regional BAU OMS during migration and RA deal implementation.
- Ensures commercial requirements are accurately reflected on the client’s billing.
- Raises all open issues and different requirements arising from RA deals to the Program/Project Manager who will then assign a process expert to the resolution of the issue/requirement.
- Provides Order Management expertise to the account team prior to and during implementation.
