We are looking for a Sourcing Manager Facility Management to support the operation of our European logistics, retail and office buildings by delivering sourcing strategies and cost control for main facility management services (e.g. security guarding, maintenance, waste disposal) and certain building equipment (e.g. cameras, access control, waste compactors). Your goal will be to develop and leverage partnerships with key European, national and regional FM and FM technology suppliers to implement our functional strategies on budget, in time and in an innovative and sustainable way.

• You will be part of the team responsible for managing the commodity of Facility Management (hard and soft services, FM technology)
• You will develop, establish and maintain cost-effective, service-oriented as well as quality-focused strategic supplier relationships and be a key account for one or several of our strategic suppliers
• You will partner with the central and local functional FM and Security departments to fulfill the procurement needs of the internal customers in logistics, retail and office operations as well as guide them strategically based on market trends
• You will continually benchmark your suppliers to monitor cost and service trends and ensure best practices are incorporated into Zalando’s project pipeline
• You will establish FM supplier selection criteria, evaluate alternative suppliers, manage the RFQ process, and drive final supplier selection in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
