Senior Specialist, Brand & Marketing
Reporting to the Director, Brand & Marketing, the Senior Specialist, Brand & Marketing , is part of the corporate brand, marketing, and communications team.
The Senior Specialist is a creative and detail-oriented marketing professional who supports the development and execution of effective brand marketing programs across multiple channels and mediums to help advance the company’s strategic plan. Known for a collaborative approach and a strong ability to work with multiple stakeholders globally, the Senior Specialist brings a solid understanding of brand, marketing, and operational best practices. With a passion for creative design and branding, the Senior Specialist ensures the highest standards of quality and professionalism in all deliverables.
In this role, the Senior Specialist’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Strategy
Support the development and implementation of brand strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Assist in managing and evolving the company’s brand strategy (architecture, tone of voice, visual identity) and its application across marketing channels.
Analytics
Contribute to market research initiatives to understand trends, competitors, and target audiences to ensure the company’s brand positioning is distinctive.
Provide insights and recommendations based on available data to support business needs and marketing initiatives.
Brand & Corporate Marketing
Build and maintain strong relationships across teams to understand business objectives and identify opportunities where marketing can drive results.
Support brand management initiatives, including visual identity updates, logo development, typography, and color palettes.
Assist in the development and execution of brand and marketing initiatives such as corporate videos, branded content, digital campaigns, pitchbooks, and presentations.
Collaborate globally across teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with the company’s overall strategy.
Provide support for corporate and brand health assessments, including compiling research and insights.
Operations
Update content in Agility CMS for the corporate website.
Assist with the management and ongoing updates of the company’s Digital Asset Management System (The Digital Library).
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of content and recommend adjustments to optimize usage.
Support process improvements and workflow enhancements across the marketing team.

Experience
University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred.
3-5 years of related work experience in a corporate marketing team or agency environment, with integrated marketing experience.
Demonstrated ability to support creative design processes and contribute to branding initiatives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, project management software, or CMS platforms like Agility.
Experience with digital marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC, programmatic advertising) is an asset.
Exposure to video content production and digital asset management is a plus.
Familiarity with commercial real estate, investment banking, or management consulting industries is preferred but not required.
