Description:

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, process improvement, and/or business analysis, preferably within a commercial or business systems environment.
  • Proven track record of leading successful change and process improvement initiatives.
  • Good Dynamics365 application or other CRM system knowledge and experience are considered advantageous notably on developing and integrating new process and functionality.
  • Experience modelling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques.
  • Certified Prosci® Change Practitioners or knowledge of the methodology would be an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
  • Ability to work well in a multi-cultural, international environment

Responsibilities:

ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The role will play a crucial function in leading and managing change activities across the various projects and initiatives owned by the commercial enablement team. With the aim to maximize the external and internal customer experience for customer systems and standards, enabling selling and delivering solutions and products for SES. Focus lies on business integration, performance improvement and (commercial) operational efficiency and effectiveness.
In addition, the role working alongside Commercial Enablement workstream leads will analyse current commercial operations processes to design, document and implement new and revised processes to enhance organisation productivity and efficiency.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS

  • Change Management
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to ensure successful adoption of new processes and improvements for the customer facing modules of Dynamics 365.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. This requires close cooperation with the functional Business Leads and Subject Matter Experts using or depending on CRM, CRM users, other Dynamics365 workstream leads, SES IT and SES Management.
  • Create and execute communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process. This includes facilitating training and support for end-users to ensure a smooth transition and adoption.
  • Ensure that CRM projects for SES are communicated and coordinated with initiatives in other areas of SES.
  • Maintain up to date training documentation and Commercial Enablement internal user SharePoint (or equivalent).
  • Working with the workstream leads identify and track key performance indicators for launched commercial enablement initiatives.
  • Where necessary, also support wider Vertical Markets organisation tracking key Change Management Initiative activities.
  • Process Improvement
  • Working with the Commercial Enablement leads to identify new process improvement opportunities. This should include leveraging data and metrics to support decision making and prioritisation.
  • Facilitate process modelling workshops, documenting and analysing as-is and to-be process workflows.
  • Ensure alignment of commercial operations processes with overall business strategy and objectives. This includes ensuring the right “home” is identified for business owned tasks and supporting IT system(s).
