The Sr. Specialist, Culture & Engagement will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to foster a positive workplace culture and increase employee engagement. This role is focused on aligning organizational values with employee behaviors and creating a vibrant, inclusive environment where employees thrive.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in employee engagement and culture development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in facilitating workshops or events.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • We are seeking candidates with reputable HR certifications, such as CHRM, CB, CIPD Level 3, or PHRi

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement culture-building programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale.
  • Conduct employee surveys, analyze results, and create action plans based on feedback.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to ensure alignment between the company’s mission, values, and employee engagement efforts.
  • Organize and facilitate events and activities that promote a positive organizational culture.
  • Track and report on key engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of culture and engagement initiatives.
