QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Technology, business or similar qualification
  • Business Analysis, Data Science Qualification advantageous

EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital enablement/product development
  • Proven track record in developing and providing key Business Insights
  • Strong experience in delivering customer-centric products or services
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodology
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams across Design, Business and Technology
  • Experience with working with multiple Data Streams within a complex organization
  • Experience in data-driven approach to data management planning and execution
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Digital Delivery Product Performance Output vs set KPI Targets for all the DE Platforms in order to support the Digital Delivery Business in making informed business decisions based on accurate data.
  • As a key business owner of Product Performance operations this roles serves as a key input into the Digital delivery business strategy and will be required to formulate a data led business advising strategy that will support the Digital Delivery Business goals and objectives.
  • Identify and assess the potential introduction of new tools, techniques and technologies into Digital to enable faster delivery of deeper insights to the business such as, key drivers and value creators within customer journeys(UI/UX Design), Analyze digital platforms performance (including digital awareness activities) and provide insights for future planning and product development, develop and deploy advanced analytics to support the Digital Business in exploring new segmentation opportunities and effectively measure the value of the Group Digital’s digital initiatives.
  • Implement and continuously improve official Key Performance Indicator reporting from an operational level to an executive level for all the relevant Digital Delivery stakeholders with key focus on the Multichoice Africa regions including South Africa and together with all the relevant product performance reporting requirements.
