EDUCATION:
- University degree in business administration or economics with a focus on strategy, business developmentEXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years of experience in the B2B automotive environment
- Experience in fleet management solutions, digital product development and product management needed,
- experience in customer support and content creation is an advantage
- Hands-on mentality paired with care and no fear of the unknown
- International background and mindset fitting to roles in a global company,
- Salesforce knowledge would be an advantage
- Team player combined with the ability to work independently
- Motivation to develop yourself and the business to strive for the best resultsSKILLS:
- Strong project management and organizational skills are required

Responsibilities:
- Research B2B automotive trends, analyze customer behavior, and help align digital products with the needs of future customers.
- Define the Fleet Management Solution (FMS) in collaboration with stakeholders, prioritize features, and ensure the implementation of an integrated solution across all customer touchpoints.
- Review the business model of the FMS to ensure a profitable approach.
- Define and implement the sales process for the new FMS.
- Develop, set-up and run the support process for digital solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with data experts to ensure the end-to-end data pipeline (vehicle to customer frontend).
- Develop training and marketing materials in collaboration with internal subject matter experts to promote the new FMS and explain it to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collect, track, and analyze customer feedback to generate ideas for new functionalities or further developments.
- Approach challenges with an open mind, seeking new opportunities to enhance the customer experience and maintain competitiveness.
