SHARE YOUR TALENT

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in financial accounting with a minimum 3 years experience gained working within general (re)insurance technical accounting/reporting/audit areas
  • Solid Accounting knowledge (mainly Swiss GAAP) with experience in US GAAP or IFRS, having grasp of overall Financial Statements (P&L and BS)
  • Proficient knowledge of financial regulatory environment for insurance companies in Switzerland
  • Strong analytical skills, with an inquisitive attitude and attention to detail
  • Good spoken & written communication & interpersonal skills; ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
  • Comfortable taking ownership for own work, identifying the need for action (using initiative) whilst working effectively within a team
  • Able to organize self-including effective scheduling, prioritization and time management skills, completing tasks to tight deadlines. Demonstrates a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Proficient German (Mother tongue level) and English language skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs as well as a sound understanding of system dependencies
