SHARE YOUR TALENT
We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in financial accounting with a minimum 3 years experience gained working within general (re)insurance technical accounting/reporting/audit areas
- Solid Accounting knowledge (mainly Swiss GAAP) with experience in US GAAP or IFRS, having grasp of overall Financial Statements (P&L and BS)
- Proficient knowledge of financial regulatory environment for insurance companies in Switzerland
- Strong analytical skills, with an inquisitive attitude and attention to detail
- Good spoken & written communication & interpersonal skills; ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
- Comfortable taking ownership for own work, identifying the need for action (using initiative) whilst working effectively within a team
- Able to organize self-including effective scheduling, prioritization and time management skills, completing tasks to tight deadlines. Demonstrates a ‘can do’ attitude
- Proficient German (Mother tongue level) and English language skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs as well as a sound understanding of system dependencies
