Description:
We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Specialist in HR Operations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in human resources operations, ensuring effective HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals. This role promises a stimulating opportunity to influence HR strategies and drive operational excellence.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR HR OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or CIPD certification is an advantage.
- Minimum of seven years of experience in HR operations, with at least three years in a senior or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in workforce management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using HRIS systems and other HR-related software.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret HR data to drive business decisions.
- Demonstrated experience in managing change and delivering high-impact HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES IN HR OPERATIONS
- Oversee and optimize HR operations processes to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating HR procedures as necessary to maintain best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to support workforce planning and resource allocation that align with the strategic needs of the company.
- Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring alignment with current trends and regulatory requirements.
- Analyse HR metrics to recommend solutions and improvements for HR strategies and processes.
- Facilitate effective communication between employees and management, promoting an open and inclusive workplace culture.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE HR OPERATIONS SENIOR SPECIALIST ROLE
- Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, preferably within a large organizational structure.
- Track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that enhance overall employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
